Yinar Ngura Women's Program

Yinar Ngura, in Darkinjung language, means to be whole as women in your spirit, inner self and identity. Yinar Ngura is an 8 week women's program focussed on confidence building, leadership and empowerment.

The program draws on noticing the beauty around you when things in life might seem dark, managing emotions and how the land can help you heal. This encompasses the native spirit of the elders and the land to encourage dreaming and being in harmony with ourselves and the land we live on.

Women are taken out of their comfort zone in order to challenge and enrich; focussing on nurturing the mind, body and spirit through day trips, activities and discussion.

Connecting you to Aboriginal Culture on the Central Coast

We would like to acknowledge all the Aboriginal Peoples of the Central Coast who are the Traditional Custodians of this land.  We sincerely pay our respects to all Elders past and present as well as the emerging leaders of the future.

May your wisdom guide us in the continuation of our culture.
